Hollywood Studios Shows!

 

Let’s talk about every show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! I think that this park has some of the best live performances and you should try to see every single one while you are there if it is possible! The only downside to any of these shows is that most of them are outside and it is rather hot in Florida (although most are covered it is still not in AC) but the shows make it worth it!

 

Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular

This truly is a spectacular stunt show! They will teach you the ins and outs of some of the biggest stunts and tricks from the Indiana Jones movies; very thrilling and will hold everyone’s attention! This show is held in an outdoor theater so although it is covered, sometimes it may be a little warm or a little cold, depending on the season. There are also some explosions, so loud noises, and intense themes (bad guys vs good guys with weapons) so make sure your kiddos are prepared! *30 minute show* (Located on Echo Lake)

 

Muppet*Vision 3D

If you love the Muppets and their humor, you will absolutely love this show! There are a few live visual elements, but most of this one takes place on a screen in front of you; who doesn’t love to wear 3-D glasses! This one makes me laugh every time and is one of my favorite Hollywood Studios shows! *17 minute show* (Located in Grand Avenue)

Beauty and the Beast – Live on Stage

This is the retelling of the story of beauty and the beast but with live actors and beautiful sets! You will definitely be singing along to each of the songs and feeling various emotions during this performance! (it is known to be a tear jerker) It is truly one of the best Hollywood Studios shows that Disney has ever put together! *25 minute show* (Located down Sunset Blvd.)

 

Lightening McQueen’s Racing Academy

Get ready to take on a challenge with Lightening McQueen and race your way to the finish line! This is a very cute show for all ages that features some of your favorite characters from the Cars franchise. This show is super fun for the kiddos! Let’s race! *10 minute show* (Located down Sunset Blvd.)

 

For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration

We will definitely have these songs stuck in your head by the time the show is through! This show will make you laugh and put a smile on your face whether you are a Frozen fan or not! Make sure to catch this one the next time you are in the park! *30 minute show* (Located in Echo Lake)

 

Disney Junior Play and Dance

This is a hybrid show meets dance party that is perfect for the Littles! The show incorporate a few of their favorite characters from different TV shows and movies and they get to sing-along and dance to popular songs together! I recommend this for not only the kids, but for the parents as the parents will get to sit inside AC and get a little bit of a break! *25 minute show* (Located in Animation Courtyard)

 

Vacation Fun: An Original Animated Short with Mickey & Minnie

This gives the perfect time to take a break from the heat, sit in some AC in a Disney theater and watch a Disney short! It’s pretty straightforward and to the point but still a good time! *10 minute show* (Located in Echo Lake)

Green Army Drum Corps

This is a great show to see if you are hanging out in toy story land! The green army men will make their rounds, banging out some beats, and making you dance! Make sure to stop and catch this one if you happen to be in the area! (Located in Toy Story Land)
